Our Commitment to Doing Good

Rifkin Research Pty Ltd is part of the Do Good Group. At Rifkin Research, our mission is to build brands that make a positive impact. Since 2019, giving back to the communities in which we operate has been a central part of our work across all entities within the broader Do Good Group, including Mr Porters Life Pty Ltd, Do Good Labs Pty Ltd, Rifkin Research Pty Ltd and the Do Good Movement Foundation.

Charitable Giving in Australia

Since 2019, our Australian entities have collectively contributed over AUD$500,000 to a diverse range of respected charities and community organisations. These include OzHarvest, Lifeline, Camp Quality, Ronald McDonald House Australia, Starlight Children’s Foundation, R U OK?, Beyond Blue, the Black Dog Institute, and many others.

These contributions reflect the combined efforts of all Australian entities within the Do Good Group and demonstrate our long-standing commitment to supporting communities in meaningful ways.

The Do Good Movement Foundation

Established in August 2019, the Do Good Movement Foundation is a registered charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission. Its purpose is to raise funds for other charities focused on wellbeing, mental health, and community resilience.

Supporting a Diverse Range of Charities

Our giving strategy is intentionally broad, spanning mental health, wellbeing, and community resilience initiatives, from large national organisations like Beyond Blue and Lifeline to smaller community-based programs such as the Pyjama Foundation.

While we stand by our belief in supporting all people in need (regardless of background), we recognise that in a world often divided, donations made by the Do Good Group to the Spiritgrow Centre have been publicly criticised, despite representing only 13.83% of our total charitable giving between May 2019 and November 2025.  A one-off donation made to the Charity TV Global Foundation (via direct donation to the Small Steps 4 Hannah Foundation) has also attracted criticism.

We want to be clear that the Do Good Group and the Do Good Movement Foundation stand for everyone. That commitment is reflected in the wide range of charities the group has already supported and will continue to support in the future.

We take active steps to manage conflicts-of-interest in all of our decisions, and our charitable support is inclusive, assisting people of all backgrounds and beliefs. We also undertake high-level due diligence in relation to potential charities based on publicly available information at the time of donation.

Snack engagement

During the Covid-19 pandemic, the Foundation and our partner brands focused on promoting kindness, connection, and hope at a time when many Australians were experiencing isolation and uncertainty. Through our snack products, we shared positive messages written directly onto the snack packets.

More recently we have included interactive activities on the back of snack packets, including Sudoku, word puzzles, and mazes, designed to provide small uplifting moments. Positive feedback from consumers confirmed that these gestures resonated and helped foster a sense of community.

Looking Ahead

Doing good is at the core of the Do Good Group. We remain committed to transparency in our charitable partnerships, and we continue to refine how we communicate the impact of our work.

Our values — integrity, openness, and genuine impact — guide every decision we make and shape how we engage with our partners, stakeholders, and the communities we serve.
